Eric BroserEric Broser has been in the fitness/bodybuilding world for nearly 22 years and has experience in nearly every major facet of the industry. He’s been a personal trainer, strength coach, contest preparation “guru,” posing coach, gym owner, author, columnist, model, radio show host, and consultant (in several areas) to major nutritional supplement companies like VPX Sports, ALRI, Epic Nutrition, Goliath Labs and others.

Eric graduated from New York’s Hofstra University in 1991 with a degree in psychology, with an emphasis on the connection between mind and body. He has also completed about a dozen training and nutrition certifications with top-rated organizations such as the ISSA, ACE and the NAFH. Additionally, Eric has undergone specialized coursework with some of the world’s bestknown coaches/trainers like Charles Poliquin and Paul Chek. The eclectic nature of his education allows him to work with a broad range of individuals with varying needs, goals, strengths and limitations.

Eric started competing in bodybuilding while still in college. To date, he’s earned two “Natural Mr. Easter USA” titles (novice and open), as well as pro cards in the (now defunct) ANPPC and the NGA (National Gym Association)—where he also serves as a judge. While Eric has competed in ~20 contests during his career, he has prepared others for well over 200! Ironically, Eric derives more joy and personal satisfaction out of coaching his clients through the process than doing it himself. Nonetheless, he still pictures himself competing for many more years, and eventually winning a grandmaster’s class (over 70 years old).

In 2006, Eric co-wrote a book entitled Building the Perfect Beast Naturally. BTPN is now off the market, but he feels confident in saying that it was one of the most cutting-edge texts ever released on drug-free physique transformation. Eric has also written 60–70 articles published in/on various major bodybuilding magazines and websites, and has been a featured columnist for IronMan, Planet Muscle, Natural Muscle and Muscular Development magazines. Eric has also spent a great of time writing the labels, ads and catalogues for many different supplement companies, while also assisting in the development of new products.

Eric is the creator of the popular POWER-REP RANGE-SHOCK (P/RR/S) system of training. Today, thousands of athletes and bodybuilders around the world are devout P/RR/S users. Not a day goes by that he does not receive an email speaking to its effectiveness.

Presently, Eric is working with All American EFX, as the company’s Internet Marketing Manager, as well as one of their sponsored athletes—proudly representing Team Natural Freak (the “natural” meaning, drugfree).

James VillepigueJames Villepigue, CSCS, is an international best-selling author of over 18 books. His flagship book series, entitled The Body Sculpting Bibles, have sold close to one million copies over the last eight years.

James brings over 20 years of quality certified experience in the health and fitness industry. He’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and a nationally certified personal trainer under the American Council on Exercise, the International Sports Science Association, and the National Board of Fitness Examiners. He’s also a Massage Therapist and received a degree from the New York College of Health Professions.

James is a graduate of the highly acclaimed coach training school, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC). The success of his systems and his extensive training and coaching experience have propelled him to appearances on national television programs, including the “Regis & Kelly Show,” “The Maury Show,” and appearances on CBS, NBC, FOX, ABC, the W-B, and many others.

His health and fitness articles have been published in nationally recognized health and fitness magazines, including Fitness, Self, Women’s First, Women’s World, Oxygen, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, and MuscleMag International.

“Fitness training has afforded me the ability to help hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world, of all ages and from all walks of life, to achieve extraordinary results. Besides seeing significant, positive changes to their bodies, my readers and clients have also experienced profound changes to all aspects of their lives. This includes being happier, having better relationships, making more money, finding their dream jobs, and achieving their goals.”

James had to overcome many obstacles in his own life; “I grew up a skinny kid, who suddenly became very overweight around the age of 14. I was bullied and made fun of, all the while dreaming for a slim, muscled physique. Unfortunately, in an attempt to lose weight quickly, I became bulimic – I managed to get very thin, but very sick. One’s not worth the other, trust me!”

Most recently, James had to face the most challenging obstacle of his life; the tragic death of his beloved father, James Sr. His father’s passing has been the greatest test for him and his family’s ability to persevere and move forward in the wake of such emotional trauma.

James attributes a huge part of that coping mechanism to the love for his father and just as significantly, his fitness lifestyle. “Fitness has been the most powerful outlet for my stress coping, coupled with the empowerment factor I receive, that together inspire and motivate me to continue on this wonderful journey of successes, while I continue to help and positively change the lives of millions of more people.”

Rick CollinsRick Collins, JD, CSCS, is a celebrated personality in the bodybuilding, fitness and nutritional supplements industry. He has degrees in psychology and law and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

The monthly legal columnist for the internationally circulated Muscular Development magazine and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Muscle & Fitness magazine, he is a principal in the New York law firm of Collins, McDonald & Gann, P.C. [] and legal advisor to the International Federation of BodyBuilders and the International Society of Sports Nutrition.

Rick achieved true Alpha Male status not by birth but by sheer determination and hard work, dedicating himself to the task of building a powerful physique first with martial arts and then with progressive resistance training. His self-engineered physical transformation brought him employment as a health club instructor, certified personal trainer, and even years of work as a nightclub bouncer on Long Island’s south shore. His remarkable confidence was also evident in his academic pursuits; he earned a full scholarship to Hofstra School of Law, where he served on the Law Review.

Rick’s successes were not untouched by adversity. He suffered the loss of his father at an early age; his devotion to health and fitness helped him navigate the waters of his adolescence. A passenger in a tragic car crash that killed two young men, he suffered injuries including a broken neck and back. Told he could never resume resistance training, he defied his doctors and went on to win awards in competitive amateur bodybuilding and bench pressing his 225-pound bodyweight for 34 repetitions.

After graduation from law school, he sought employment as a crime-fighting prosecutor and served in that capacity for five years before venturing into the private sector. His practice and accomplished career have been profiled in diverse periodicals, and he has been interviewed on national television talk shows, in news radio interviews and by countless publications including The New York Times and the Washington Post.

Meanwhile, he has consistently sought new challenges to conquer. While practicing law full-time and providing for a family, he wrote Legal Muscle, the definitive book on performance-enhancing substances and the law. He even pursued a long-held dream by braving the forbidding terrain of the working actor, scoring film roles and joining the Screen Actors Guild.

Throughout his endeavors, he has maintained his commitment to health and fitness by applying the knowledge he has acquired over his 30 years in the trenches of America’s gyms.

Rick is living proof of his belief that force of will can render the impossible possible.
